Renee Robinson

Renee Busbee is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who has more than 20 years of civil litigation experience and has worked as Fred DeVore's full-time paralegal since 1998. Renee is a native of Cabarrus County, has an accounting degree from King's College and attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College's paralegal program. Prior to joining the firm of DeVore, Acton and Stafford, PA, her experience included serving as a law firm administrator, consumer loan officer and president of a commercial construction company. Renee's primary areas of practice are: personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith claims, contract litigation and land condemnation. Renee is an active member of Steele Creek Church of Charlotte, enjoys canoeing, has a passion for Native American history. She and her husband, Calvin reside in south Charlotte. Susie Baker

Susie Baker is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who has more than 17 years of civil litigation experience and has worked at DeVore, Acton, & Stafford, PA since 1995. Ms. Baker works directly with Fred DeVore, Derek Adler and Will DeVore. Ms. Baker is a native of Mecklenburg County and attended Central Piedmont Community College. Prior to joining DeVore, Acton, & Stafford, PA, her experience included serving as a legal secretary for a former District Court Judge, a receptionist in another law firm and an office administrator for a medical firm. Ms. Baker's primary areas of practice include: small estate matters, construction litigation, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, contract litigation, and personal injury. Ms. Baker is an active member of Quail Hollow Presbyterian Church where she volunteers for various church organizations. She is married with two children and resides in south Charlotte. Connie Hunter

Connie Hunter is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who has worked for DeVore, Acton & Stafford, P.A. since 1989. She primarily works with Attorney Fred DeVore. Prior to working with our firm, she worked in the litigation field for an additional five years. During her tenure, Connie has been involved in various types of complex litigation matters from personal injury and wrongful death to synthetic stucco litigation and other construction litigation matters. Connie is married and has two teenage children. She and her husband, Rob, are active members of Matthews United Methodist Church. Receptionist  Jennifer Pearson 

Jennifer Pearson: For the past five years or more, Jennifer has served as the receptionist at DeVore, Acton and Stafford. You'll find a friendly smile and she will instantly make you comfortable with your visit to our firm. Jennifer has a young son that keeps her busy when she is not at work. Her's will likely be the first face you see as you walk through door.
